The 80mm Noeby Pencil Lure has 3D simulated eyes and laser fish scales which reflect light from all sides to attract more fish. This pencil lure also has swim action of a classical minnow type, like a bleeding bait fish which sinks and comes to a roll at rest to trigger the bait. Super high quality ABS material makes it strong and solid, also giving it a long service life.

The Noeby Pencil 9604 is available in 4 different colours and comes out the box fitted with VMC (BKK) treble hooks.
